Translation workshop on Brazilian company law in Frankfurt

Blog post by Fabio Said

On 2nd and 3rd February 2013 I took part in an annual workshop for legal Portuguese translators in Frankfurt. That year’s topic was Portuguese and Brazilian company law, which was the subject of presentations by legal experts Maria de Fátima Veiga (Frankfurt) and Elma Ferreira-Jäntges (Bonn) as well as group discussions about legal terminology and phrasing of documents such as articles of association and others related to establishing a company.

In addition, I was invited to give a short presentation on terminology management tools.
